Saw a boat with fake grass instead of carpet. Was told it was hookless and cooler than carpet. Has any one used it? Is it slipery ? thanks Howard

Fake grass

I'm sure it would work fine. You can get it for free from any contractor who lays synthetic grass tennis courts. The area around the edges and in the centre of the court is always as good as new even when the baselines are thread bare. You'll have to knock the sand out, but that is easy in Summer when it is dry. I have three courts worth, but it is in Warragul, Vic.
