I planning saltiga surf braid for mine
But you might want to consider,...sonic super braid..? or something.
Theres a thread on here about this and people say its better then fireline at the same price. Also, doesn't fray as much as quick as fireline.

I would almost recommend going up to 20 so you can use the Berkeley whiplash. Otherwise sufix performance braid. I run 6 on bream gear and 15 on my salmon reel.

Sunline Castaway, one of the best lines I've used. Sunline Super PE also comes in white if you can find it.

Cheers,

x2 on that one. I have 15lb viros on my branzino and it is awesome. I also have 10lb viros on my certate and it fishes exceotionally well. Great bang for your buck.

tuffline/fins/powerpro... With a budget of 40 bucks trying to spool a 3000 reel id be ordering online so you can get the 300 yard spool cheaper. Check out ebay.com

But don't get suckered into buying a no-name brand just because you get 600m for 15 bucks. The braid is fairly horrible.
