FG Knot

I've just had a go at tying a FG knot and I must say I am impressed.
I tried 8lb sunline super to 8lb fc rock and every attempt held firm.
I've heard it doesn't like being tied in light leaders.
So can you tell me how light a leader it can be safely used.
