NRX or Edge rod

Hi fellas,

Looking at getting a new medium soft plastic rod (1/8- 3/8) mainly for big crocs and jew.

I'm leaning towards the NRX 852s JWR but also considering going an edge but struggling to get my hands on either to actually compare the 2..
Is there any major differences in the actions and sensitivity? Is the carbon handle that much of an advantage over the cork?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've got several edge rods and they are super sensitive. Definitely worth the money. My rods are mainly bream orientated with a couple for chasing jacks. So possibly not the same models you are looking at to give an exact opinion

The NRX852S is one of the best, if not the best flathead rods you will find.
