What reel do you suggest putting on the Lox Matt?

ive never picked one up, i dont think anywhere really stocks them in adelaide, and to be honest havent gone out of my way to find one.

there claimed to be the same weight as the vapours, so i would be guessing something around the 200 gram mark or thereabouts to ballance the 6'6.

at the end of the day its up to h20 what reel that would be. go into a shop, have a play and decide for yourself.

Well if the lox rods are too light for the stradic 2500 fi i was just wondering if theres anyone that could give some recommendations for a nice light rod? i have a daiwa heartland z at the moment 4-8lb but i just feel like a upgrade and lighter rod i was looking at spending up to 300 as a worthy investment.

well i wouldn't buy a shimano

Not really what I was leading to but with reels becoming heavier duty and rods wafer light the outfits are going to feel a bit back end heavy.

It would be nice to afford something to suit everything.

while the reels are becoming more heavy duty they are not necessarily becoming heavier ie: steez with 7kg drag weighing only 200grams in the 2500 size
