size 6 jig heads ?

Does anyone use size 6 heads when using gulp 2 inch sandworms ?
I had been using 1/16 th oz #6 Ausspin jig heads, perfect for the sandworms, but my supply has run out and i can't find a nice long shank jig head like Ausspin used to make.
Any suggestions ?

for really small plastics I just use a long shank hook and a split shot up the line, not sure if that an option for you though but it certainly works well!

Out of curiosity, do you do well on the 1/16th jig head on a 2 inch worm? Im not a fan of the 2 inch worms, as arnt alot of people, and would have thought if anything, using them weightless would be the preferred option, as opposed to using a 1/16th jig head which sounds heavy. Just keen to hear your success on them as i have not heard of any good feedback from those as of yet!

Size 4 should do the job or as said before size 1 will also do.

I've had exceptional success with the 2 inch worms, they work really well on the yellowfin bream in my area ( north of Sydney ). The 1/16 th head is spot on for the water i fish, it's actually not that heavy and is good for depths around 2 to 4 metres, with a slight current flow.
Think i may try the split shot idea.
