Customer service isn't one sided - maybe something would happen if the first one was returned .... consumers have the right to a repair, refund or replacement of goods. Not a right to butcher the defective one and keep it in some weird two for one deal.

People throw these terms around as if blokes havent spent years perfecting the art of a Dodgy repair Slazmo's work is "20th generation Sushi Master" compared to my work - not even in the same league. |

"Give the original to your mate and I'll send out another one.." No weird two fa one deal here - relying on the conversation we had about his original defective product that was sent out... Still waiting anyhow, two emails go unanswered.

Easy to hold and manoeuvre however not designed as such to smash through the water like other more open style nets. The weight of the net isn't an issue either, yes porting a net while "dirty shore bashing" can be a pain and while trying not to fall down a 15' embankment makes for interesting times.
This style of net you lead the head of the fish into the net and then push the net forward to secure the fish in the pocket laying flat, how aggressive you hold the nets pocket downwards is upto you and the fish and how agitated it is - this isnt a bucket style net. Really do like the concept and design - wouldn't have a issue recommending it to others tbh - good net design overall for the sake of the fishes wellbeing!

How well does it work with the treble hooks not getting caught up in the net?

Given time, tools, supples and a industrial sewing machine you could knock up similar nets just as big or small as you want.
Getting a hook resistant net mesh is the hardest part - however shouldnt be too hard.

i actually emailed them just before asking about extendable handle nets.
they replied stating they can custom make any size, and they use push button type ones to extend. so its a set length im guessing , long or shot no in between setting like the screw grip style extendable handles. |
