BE 2007 Round 2 Collie River - Results

In tough conditions today, Don Johnson and Mith Yellin showed thier class as the only 2 anglers in the field to come out of a hard days fishing with full bags. While the numbers may have been low, the quality was right up there with Don and Mitch both getting good Anchor fish.

Mitch managed to keep his nose in front thanks to a Big Bream 1.170kg fish that show just what was possible in the Collie River.

1st - Mitch Yellin - 2 fish for 1.680kg

2nd - Don Johnson - 2 fish for 1.350kg

3rd - Ryan Cumins - 1 fish for 0.415kg

The top 3 anglers were also the only ones lucky enough to get fish. As mentioned, it was tough fishing.

As such, the Black Diamond NB prize will be held over to the Moore River round where the top 2 anglers will walk away with a rod. Good odds so get in early.

More soon...............
