they are ace, have had 1 piece and 2 piece rods from them, reels and a range of lures delivered by them.

Only issue i have ever had has a 2 piece rod arrived with the carborn triangle tube they use ( standard) broken in the middle, which isnt their fault. Other than that I have been very pleased with their service

They are ok. Stay way from Tacklejp.com (they are not a Japanese company but an Israeli having spent 4 months in Israel, I dont have anything against Israelis) But these guys are hopeless !!

Just ordered a rod from jpf. Initially arrived with crack in middle as g factor mentioned. Shaft had broken at handle. I think this was an issue with aus post. Guy I dealt with was awesome sent another one pretty much straight away before I lodged the claim for insurance.

Second one also had a crack in the middle but rod was in mint condition.
Will definitely order from them again

i have purchased reels and lures off them and they have been awesome.. and have never waited more that 7 days for delivery.
