We would love to see the boaters get involved, and make the most of the years ABT membership, those without access to kayaks will be looked after and we will be arrangeing a "Come and Try" day mid January where you can come down, try the yaks out before the event and see how much fun it is for yourself. There will be up to 5 Grand Final spots available for the Bemm River GF so come along and give it a go. If your in Perth and need any further info or have any concerns please feel free to give me a call on 0422 816 987. Be great to have you guys come and fish a round of our comps, as some of us have done with your WABC Events!! |

Should be awesome, i see some of W.A 's top tornament boat anglers have been checking out the kayak scene, i believe popular Albany personality and Mini Kota installer Charlie has already pulled 40 cm forkers off his new Revo 11
![]() Heres the boys in the Red shirts with Australian Hobie kayak AOY title holder Greg Lewis,,Mish (Jadon madeye lures can be seen lurking top left) ![]() Western Australian AOY 2011 Alex (Vegas) puts a Revo 11 thru it paces but prefers the Pro Angler in the top picture

Its going to be great! I absolutely cant wait for the first wa event held in the swan river. The launch site for the wa swan river round is at garvey park and the best thing about it is you can catch legal sized bream pretty much on the beach that the kayaks will be launching from
The fish are plentiful up there during summer and the people are all in it for the fun and a bit of light hearted banter too.![]() The kayak scene is far more relaxed than the boating scene so if youre interested in competiting in tournaments on a less serious level then the kayak comps are for you! I encourage everyone to come down and be a part of it. You'll make new mates and feel welcome as everyone already in the kayak scene loves to see all the new faces and share a few fishing stories too .

Guys any boaters who are genuinley interested in competing in this Round at Garvey Park and need access to a Kayak please let me know asap.
I am arranging some, please if you are keen to compete, we'd love to have you along. You will need to arrange you own Livewell, which can be as simple as a 30L tub with a towell over the top and a decent hand scoop to refresh the water. |

2 X Kayaks Required for Bream comp
Hello all, just moved to Perth from Darwin and keen to try this Kayak style fishing ( No Crocs ) Both myself and my cook are keen to fish the comps this year. Is it possible to hire kayaks around Perth before a lash out on a couple of P.A's
Many Thanks Brad |
