Hey,
My Dad just picked up 2 shimano aernos reels. One 2000 and the other 6000. My Dad and I fish Port Philip Bay often, so I am just wondering what pound fireline I should put on these two reel's. I am thinking 6 or 8lb XDS for the 2000 and 14lb (if you can get it) for the 6000. Does anyone have a clue how these reels go in the salt? I have heard that these only go well in the sweetwater... Cheers, Ryan. |
