doubt it mate, no many ppl are goin to cart around there migs in a trailer or whatever and nower days u it is a different socket in the wall to normal 240V for a welder.

Doubt it.
Ali welding is more of an art than steel welding- lots more elaborate gear than a welder and a few welding rods. It takes alot of time to prepare it all for welding then the welding itself doesnt take long at all. Still i would think nobody would be carrying that gear around for odd jobs.
