Minimum depth for live well???
oh god i am facing a big delema, i want to keep my tank leval with the front deck, but in a small tinny itas going to be around 240mm, to the top of the deck, considering that i have a lid etc and over flow tank, that rules it down to be around 19-20cms deep of water, is this goin to be enough water?? considering i want to make the tank around 90 litres? will the capacity make up for the depth????
thanks heaps in advance |

If you have overflow outlets as well, then I'd say no. To be honest, I'd try and go deeper any way. Allow for splashing and so on, plus the fact you may get a big Breamski, and I would prefer it deeper.

yeah thanks bear, instead of making a square box type well, i shall make one that follows the profile of the boat, the guy said that the boat is around 50cm deep in the middle, so that should be plenty deep enough, still keeping it inline with the top of the fron seat
gotta go cheak it out tommorrow cheers greg |
