Smile wirring up nav lights

G'day guys,
Just not long registed,Have just upgraded on a new boat 4m Quintrex Hornet Trophy from Millards Marine BunburryWho where very helpful and saved my self arond $3000 Donna and Mark are the best. Also moved over here to Mandurah earlier this year from N.S.W Love me Bream Fishing, trout and Bass.I use the lot flies; hard bodies; and soft plastics are me favourites.
Anyway i need to know does anyone out there know how to wire up nav lights on my boat? Ive got me wire and switch and nav lights are on now did them on weekend. Also any ideas on travel rod holders on the inside ov me boat.Vertical or horizontal.
Also would like to get into the comps and meet some new friends who can help me with my Breamin.Ive only fished the Murray and the Marina in Mandurah for Bream have been very good on plastics attomics and squidgies.
Thanx the GUN.

Assuming its running off the same switch, include it in the curcuit, say between the stbd light and the neg terminal.

If its not running off the same curcuit, just go from pos, through switch, to light, then from light, to neg.
