Okuma Epix 20 Faults

Hi all

Found four out of six teeth on the handle drive gear broken and floating inside my epix 20 today while fishing. Had heaps of wobble in the reel so i had to get the teeth out and fish with the handle on the other side of the reel for the remainder of the day.

Also found the teeth on the left side of the reel to be heavier than those on the right which broke off.

Any body else had these troubles?

Reel is being sent back to NSW from WA to get repaired under warranty so I wont be fishing for a couple of weeks I guess
