Shimano reel service.......Brilliant

Just sent in my 2010 Shimano saros 2500 for a warranty repair, there was a ticking sound when retrieving, even with the spool removed.

5 days later my reel came back, serviced and a new bail trip part......$0.00

A big thumbs up for shimano and their 10 year warranty.......sorry daiwa but I have switched alliances

Nothing like Shimano’s service!!! I dropped my 10k Twinpower once the shaft bent, called up my local tackle store he said take it straight to shimano. Took it there within an hour they had fixed the reel for a very small fee. Gotta love that!!!
