Looks like there is a new crab on the block - have been waiting eagerly for the pictures for a looooong time...

Good to see some variation out now.

Thready Crabs

With the Font Tow points on the crabs, are these for attaching some type of Claws?

I find it funny how no one is harassing these and when NORDY creates another lure, he cops it from every breammaster member... A vibe is a piece if metal, so it's sort of hard to not copy.. There are very few lures which aren't a copy of another lure

Exciting times if you happen to be the legal rep for Cranka Lures atm looking after the crab patent, you would be rubbing your hands together and counting the $$$$ with all these "new" crab designs appearing!

If you can't tell the difference between a direct rip off from a lure that is a similar design but is a different shape or material.....I can't really help you answer that. That might be a crab style lure but it's a different shape and made out of a different material. Not really a copy. That would be like saying a laydown minnow is a copy of a presso because it's a minnow as well.

I hope you DO understand the difference between "Create" and "Re-create"?

Competition is good, and emulating (to some degree) is the highest form of flattery...

Quite Amazing Really

Its a Major Player in the Aust Lure Market thats all Im saying

But is Quite a Contradiction to there Slogans Seriously hahahaha

No Im not naming the Company as this Picture was provided via a Message

Just Putting it out there

Wait For it, then you see behind all the smoke and mirrors

Actually Rodi Nordy didn't cop much abuse if any at all when he posted his new soft plastic crab design because it was actually a unique design for once (Amazing! ) he cops plenty of abuse when he directly rips off an exact hardbody design and thats fair enough.

This new thready crab is similar in ways to a cranka crab but is still markedly different and is definitely not a direct copy.

Crabs

For Claws what about a couple of small split rings, a couple of trebles and some buoyant/moulded neoprene-type claws.
I think that idea could really take off in Tasmania!!!!
Sorry, just my humour;couldn’t resist.
Cheers,
Pheonix.
