motorguide extention

hay!,

Has any one seen or made an extended foot pedal + cord for the motor guide cable steer models I have been thinking about how good it would be if I could steer from the rear of the boat.

Perhaps getting another foot pedal and just adapting it to control the original but from further away?

Cheers,
Dillon

Dillon,

Go to the motorguide web site -

http://www.motorguide.com/index.pl/accessories

There is a 16' Pedal extension cable...

Thanks Traveller

Had a look at that again and it is only compatible with the D/C series (servo driven) and my motor is rack and pinion(cable steer)
Perhaps I should have been clearer in my wording, sorry

Cheers,
Dillon

Hi Dillon,

I thought I saw something like that for rack and pinion but can't remember if its at BassPro, Cabela or Defender....

Have you done a search on the net?
