I need to replace my old suzuki 25 (and I mean OLD!) before it shites itself on the water.

I found the above mentioned outboard for sale and if indeed its in good nick, is $1000 to much to pay for this outboard?

I was considering a new tohatsu 18hp but at $2300 Im really not wanting to over capitilise on the tinny.

Any thoughts?
