Crookwell and surrounds

Hi bream masters hope everyone has been able to get a fish in sometime over Chrissy/new year period. I'm staying down at Crookwell near Goulburn for two days and I'm going out for a fish in the morn. I've got all my Bream hard bodies and soft plastics and heaps of bass gear as well. My question is where should I be heading out and what will I encounter? I have done a heap of Internet research but have never fished here before. Thanks in advance. And have a happy new year

Pejar dam fishes alright, not sure how it goes in summer though, plenty of rainbow and brown trout to be had in there. Apparently there's bass in there to, Also the main dam at the park at crook well has fish in it. Just don't leave your car parked in there as the council have been known to lock the gate.

The river that runs through crook well produces trout so I'm sure a quiet flick with a bream hb should produce. Other than that plenty of rivers that run through farms, that have fish in them, plenty of kms of rivers to walk if your that way inclined. I'm in no way a local there but I have fished around that area and have done fine on hb's and fly.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Adam
