Sub $250 daiwa reels

Hey guys. Will be picking up a daiwa flex lite 6'6 steez 4-10lb rod. Looking for the best sub $250 (worldwide not aus rrp) daiwa reel. Most probably going to be a 2500 reel. Ill be getting the rod. I have a couple of 2500 and 2000 daiwas so ill be checking what suits it size wise before ordering the reel.

Narrowed it down to

Caldia 2011 real 4 mag seal
R'nessa, real 4, spare spool, 4kg drag
Aegis, real 4. Mag seal.

Tossing up between the caldia and the r'nessa. Haven't heard anything about the r'nessa but it looks the good on paper. I do have an 09 caldia 2506 which is enjoyable to use.

What are your thoughts? Open to suggestion.

I thought the 2506 wasn't as shallow as a 2508. However I've read on here that the 2506 will take 100m of 6lb and the 2508 will take 100m of 8lb. Which is true?

I think I can't go past that digitaka caldia $180. Can't go wrong.

Caldia is a great reel - I have one and can't fault it.

Didn't come with a spare spool though - which is a bit annoying.

Yep a 2508 will hold more line than a 2506.

I used to have the new Caldia 2004 before I upgraded to the new Luvias 2506 - it was a kickass reel. Very smooth, you'll be happy...180 is a steal.

You will find that most Japan sold reels don't have a spare spool, that is the main reason why you pay don't pay +$330 for a Calidia from there.

I have a Caldia 2004 hopefully coming today, after looking around it was the best bang for buck under $200 i could find although i nearly got the 2004 Freams since $122 looked like a price nearly to good to go past.
