Cals or nothing

I've tried the daiwa stuff, its pretty average at staying in and on the washers

Make sure you rub it in real good, and make sure your washers and all drag related parts and areas are cleaned beforehand

Some guys run them dry, but the majority like moist

Two tea spoons of Merc 2-4-C with one spoonful of Inox and put that into a vessel and stir through - makes for a hell of a drag grease.

I have herd that Cal's dries up after a while - havent used it myself nor am I willing to try it, but have herd it from a few sources.

Put the washers in shellite to get any gunk off them then just a thin layer of grease, enough just to leave a fingerprint. I use inox grease and am a happy camper.
