tinny flat floor?

G'day to all
im wanting to get the tinny set up for fishing with mates.but i have no idea what can and cant be done,so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated

i want to take the middle seat out so i only have the front and back seats,i was thinking that i would take it to an ali welder to get him to put a few bars across the bottom where the blue pain meets the aluminium ( or possibly a bit lower)then fill with foam.can this be done or is the seat a support peice for thee shape of the hull?

cheers

IMO, leave the middle seat in and make a big casting deck with abit of storage between the 2nd and 3rd seat? If I had that boat its what I would do..
cheers.

I would't go offshore in it regardless.. 12' tinny with a 15 shouldn't be anywhere outside of a river or very sheltered bay imo.

edit: Looks almost like it's a 10' or 11' actually.

For ocean, you could take all but back seat out and put in marine ply and carpet flat floor. At least its something flat to stand on. Get removable pillar seats for the second person. But removing those ally seats I would definitely get more ribs put in. Prior and after.

Honestly I wouldnt waste money on it- leave it as a tinny. Save the bucks and get a bigger and better conditioned boat if you want to go offshore in it and fish more than one passenger.
