need a bit of help with bream....

hey guys
i've been fishing a fair bit lately since the weather has been nice down here in gippsland but i've really been struggling to get onto any bream. i've caught a fair few perch upto 43cm and even a two foot eel on an sx40 but still no bream. i've been using sx40 (338 and 306), x rap 4 (olive green), zx30 (gold) and a couple of different types of squidgy's. working all of them very slowly and with plenty of pauses. this isn't a complaint coz perch are very fun to catch but i really want to start catching a few bream over these next few months... just looking for any tips or lures that u guys would recommend. as i said i'm using a lot of the popular lures, 6 pound braid to 2-3 meters of 4lb flouro. land based and kayak fishing.
cheers frenchy

All you have to do, is pull $8 out of your wallet, and buy a pack of zman grubs in motor oil. I don't think you even have to work these things, they are just so good!
No, seriously, sounds like you are using good techniques, the lures you have will work, you just have to persist. Try targeting structure, and cover alot of ground. Things will eventually turn your way!

Sounds like your doing everything right mate, Just a matter of persistance.

Try new spots, Keep a dairy, fish flats on a high tide.

With the weather warming up your sure to get a few
