Nitlon Blue Braid

I bought this stuff for the first time the other week as I wanted to try something new and cheaper. No problems with the line except for after use it looks like a pen exploded in my hand. Is this usual?

Its good braid. The 'excess' blue will stop coming off after a little bit of use.

I have had that braid on my one of my reels for over a year now and its still as good as new. Good braid, the colour will wear off.
