Post HI- unlurking

Hi all, I found this site when doing a bit of homework before going to the Donelly R. recently and thought I should get some bream lures....got some lures (RMG Scorpion + some soft plastics) but didn't find any bream. I was wondering how the comp would turn out a few weeks ago ( i was there a couple of weeks before) and it seems that the Donelly didn't have any bream in it ! I did get a little rainbow on a RMG sneaky 35 and mucking around with that - the lure not the trout - has got me interested in getting some bream on to it. After "lurking " for a while I thought it's time to register and maybe ask a few Q's......

Welcome out of lurking status Sam.

There are Bream down there, I've seen the pics

Sometimes they just don't want to play. That's life. How about telling us where you normally fish.

unlurking....

Hi Bear, I normally fish the beaches around bunbury with occasional trips to Yallingup /MR etc , or sometimes to Perth. Bunbury seems to be best from about now thru to late April but it's mostly small stuff so after starting off with a 12 ft beach rod I have gone to some lighter gear to increase the fun factor...
