New Duffrod

Hi guys.

Just thought I would share the new Duffrod addition to the stable.

Its a bit of a specialised rod that was constructed to chase big big fish on the flats and creeks from Noosa, Hervey and beyond.

Its also quite at home for throwing spinnerbaits and also targeting snapper. Funnily enough its equally at home as being a stump puller for bream.

Thanks again Steve for all your hard work. Much appreciated and another fine rod produced by KFT.

So here it is.

Its an X-Series 821 3-6kg

Cheers

Lee

I only went the comfort grip because of the fish it is intended to target. I will be using either a 2500R Custom Certate or 3500hd, depending on what i am targeting, so the fight could be unpleasant if it was ab XOS fish and the fight time was excessive. I originally wanted the minima seats like my others, but after a good discussion with Steve we opted for this set up based on its intended application.

Barra in open water, 500m away from any structure then yes, other then that its a bit to light for pond fish, but would be a good size for smaller salty's

Steve makes barra rods so give him a call.

Cheers

Lee
