Rod to match reel

Hey all, I'm looking for a fly rod to match a 7/8 Ultegra Shimano Fly reel. Price is ranging from $200-400.
Could you please give me some advice as to Tackle stores, Quality Brands and personal justifications would be great to hear of as well.
As for the fishing, i'm targeting small pelagics and estuary species.

DAN

Another option worth considering is an IM6 Temple Fork (now called the Lefty Kreh Signature Professional series). These are great 4 piece rods for around $395.

I've had an 8wt for about 2 years and have caught heaps of bream, flathead and even a couple of 6kg mack tuna on it. They have an unconditional lifetime warranty on them and now have Lefty Kreh on their design team.

Check them out at http://www.flyworld.com.au/flyworld....999&expand=1#1

Cheers
James
