The Twinpower FC is a better reel than the Sustain FE. The Twinpower FC is also a better reel than the stradic ci4. As for the new sustain, it is better than all 3 of these reels. Hope that helps, as for a 7 ft 1-3KG stick the Nitro Vapor 70 fits the bill.

Nitro 70's are really flimsy.
if you fish around heavy structure then you might want to choose something else.
Whats your budget??

Flimsy!? Thats i lie, i have had mine since they were first released. Having now caught multiple bream to 1.5kg and ep's hard in cover i would call it a very under rated rod. Not to mention the numerous rat kings, trev's and salmon that have been taken on it!

Go the vapors!

After holding a 1-2Kg vapor which was loaded up with a hell of a lot more than 2 Kgs, i would call them a very strong rod.

id say sustain 1000 and a lox yoshi 1-3kg for around $180 made by nitro same thing pretty much for less cash and then you can spend the $120 you saved and pay for some good braid or something..

Can't believe some people still think this.

They are not the same at all.
Completely different companies.

I have a ci4 and absolutely love it. Can't make a comparison with other models but it is light, tough and casts and retreives like silk.

I love it more than any man should love a fishing product.
