best reels your've had

Hi guys,
I am planning on getting a new reel and I was wondering the best reels you have had that are under $200 for your common estuary fishing.
Cheers fisho fanatic3

my favourite really cheap reel $50, is a sienna 1000. upto 200 i'd say an fi stradic. about 160ish new. i wasnt a fan of the in-between reels simply because the extra cash didnt get ya anything better. besides a few bearings. no weight reduction, bugger all except less cash in ya pocket. oh and i thoroughly enjoyed using my exceller 4000 which is about 150 from me,ory, im sure the smaller sizes would be just as good

I've got a Shimano Saros 2500, it's pretty heavy but very smooth. Very good real for the price and it comes with a spare spool. Same with the Stradic FI, i've got one in a 5000 size but i'd say the 1000 and 2500 have the same feel.

Daiwa Infeet 2004 and Gekkabijin MX 2004 are $199. Some good reviews of these reels can be found on this forum and if you do a google search

Otherwise maybe try and find a 2nd hand Sol or Strafic Ci4.

For a "brand new" reel in that price range the Stradic fi is very hard to beat.

Under 200 I Love my symetre but my seido was also a great real for the $140ish I payed for it about 2 years ago. Sold it not long ago because i wanted to downgrade to a 1000 size. But I'd highly reccomend both the seido and symetre.

In my experience you'd be better off forking out a little extra and getting a sol
I've had seido, sustain, tierra, stradic ci4... imo the sol is the smoothest, toughest and ballsiest outta the bunch

Luvias 2000 and Rarenium are probably my favourites out of the reels I have owned.

Planning on getting a Luvias again shortly, awesome reel.

But for the price you suggest, get a Stradic FI.

Whoever says the SOL is stronger then the FI honestly haven't compared them.

When chucking XR8's and Small AA Bombers, the SOL actually felt fragile and weak.

The FI Had no problem what so ever, thus why I got my SOL for a breamin reel now.

Despite the SOL having "7kg" of drag, it sure didn't feel strong enough for even retreiving lures over 6g...
