What softie? when used?

What colour soft plastic do you guys use in different situations?

Like:
What do you use if its...
-raining
-overcast
-sunny
-hot
-cold
-raining

And do you prefer curly tails, shads, paddle tails, double tails etc

Any info is greatly appreciated

Regards
Chris

Interesting question, I don`t think any one answer will be spot on. What will work one day may not work in the exact same conditions the next day. A lot of guys try to match the hatch, get something similar to the conditions, dull day (dull colours) and the same with bright. But in saying that the complete opposite has been known to work as well. The best thing is to try different colours and and work out whats working on the particular day. For colder water, I look for bigger drop-offs and holes where the wiley old bream can hide, no particular colour change.

Cheers

Richo

gday
i agree with richo here u could not have one pecific lure or softie for a paticluar weather style. i think that u just have to experiment and if a certain colour isnt working dont be scared to change to a different colour keep doing that untill u get a strike.
thanks michael
