Question Doubles, not Trebles

I have been replacing trebles on my attacks and minmins lately with doubles to snag proof them a bit and like the idea I am thinking on extending to some of my other lures.

Still got 4 pointy bits and my hookups don't appear to be any worse, but less weed and no snags for a while. Also don't have to battle split rings with cold fingers. Attacks are really slow risers with the doubles on.

Only problem, they are a pain in the bum to find in the shops...

Anybody else use them ?

Yeah i have used doubles once without realising it , i pulled a treble out of my shirt one time and i took out a hook, then 3 casts later i got a bream on the Middle hooks.

seems to be ok for hookups

Attacks rock in my books mate
