Fishing for ideas..... painting ideas :P

hey guys,

I want to paint my boat to clean it up abit and painted boats always look 40 billion times better. I have been looking at alot of boats and most of them form to a point where the bow meets and the rest is unpainted... ( example picture posted. ).

On my boat i dont have the point up the front. Wondering if anyone has any pictures of similar styled boats and how they came up painted? seems like it will show to much galv in my opinion. so seeing how mine is shapped i would only do the sides and the top of the bow. I am not painting the inside of the boat.

Then the next obvious question is colors?. I was thinking white but maybe i should go for something different.

example..

My tinny.

i reckon leave the front section as is and just paint the sides, or not paint it and put the $ and effort into improving the fitout
