Lightbulb Modifying

Does anyone here have much of a go at modifying hardbodies?? I think I'll have a go at trying to make an Atomic hardz 38 suspend of even just float a little slower??

Will affect the paint-job but shaving the lure's surface with sandpaper can alter the way the lure's flotation. For example if you sand down the right amount of the lure you can turn a slow sinking HB into a suspender. Wouldn't wanna' do this with some of the higher end HB'S, pretty self explanatory on why

I usualy alter the size and gauge of my split rings and hooks and sometimes remove the split ring on the tow point. i wouldn't mind having a go at that sticky weight stuff, it sounds pretty good
cheers

Great idea mate. Would trebles be more prone to tangling after such a mod?

Nope, depending how i want them to sit i might stick them on the rear on lures with a radical nose down pause, this also can help balance out a lure during the cast and give you an extra metre or so.
cheers nereus
