Hardbodies I'm using. Suggestions?
Gday.
I'm an rank amateur bream fisherman. I've pieced together this small collection of har body lures? What do you blokes think? What am I missing? What should I not bother with? I haven't gotten a Breambo on any of the poppers yet but I'm still trying after hearing the successes of others on surface lures. Cheers and thanks. Any help/tips/info is greatly appreciated. |

And what about these ones?
Are the bigger one a bit too big? Again, any help, info, suggestions or criticisms would be great. I'm a bit of a newcomer to this "bream on lure" thing but any ponter is a good one. Cheers. Thanks. |

Top photo, top row, second from the left.. Daiwa SC Shiner. If you can't raise a hit from bream on one of those it might be time to consider golf. Excellent lures imo.

Mainly eastury and river waters in anything from 2' to 6' deep. I also fish around a few boat marinas that have jetties and pontoons where the water is a bit deeper (getting up to the 12' mark I'm guessing). Thanks for the replies. Cheers. |

That lure has done me ok. That is the last one of the 3 that I bought, I've lost the other 2 on bite offs or bust offs. I suck at golf. I'll just go for a 5k walk and leave all the sticks, balls and bags at home thanks. Cheers. |

I just went out to the garage to take a look to be sure:
The blades, from left to right, are 1/2, 1/4, 1/8. Being an newcomer, I'd think the 1/2 blade would be a bit big for bream. I use it when I'm aiming for Mulloway rather than Bream specifically (because I think it is too big). Please correct me if I'm wrong. Cheers. |

Just a starting pack, as the list would grow beyond crazy.
Casting from Banks Sx 40, Atomic shads / cranks, chubbys, blades, wrigglers, grubs, Gulp worms etc. Verticle structure, microvibes, gulp worms, wrigglers, grubs, etc.

+ 1 for Atomic Cranks.
I'll also suggest Lively Lures Micro Mullet, and TT's Ghost blade if they haven't been mentioned. |

Oh, can't go wrong with Cranka/Usami Shads also. Former for salt water suspension and a little more casting distance and latter for slow rise/float.
