Hi Guys
Just wondering what size and colours you would recommend. Also the rigging method, jighead or hook with running weight or splitshot. Thanks in advance Andrew Daw |

HI Andrew,
Do you mean Tank S 2.5' or Mini tank 1.5' ? Well, I assume what you meant is Tank S 2.5'. What I find best is to use 1/8 -3/16 oz Ecogear jighead when you find a school of fish down deep. You use 1/8 - 3/16 oz jighead so that you can get the lure down to the bottom. Let the lure bouncing at the bottom like yabies. And use 1/16 oz for the best swimng action in the pylon when the current is not that strong. You also can run a small split shot a little bit away from the lure. The colour 103(schrimp/green back), and 104 (natural/watermelon back) are being most popular. Hope this help. Happy fishing

I use the 2.5" in watermelon/flake color
Just rig them up like normal softies on 1/16th jigheads. Because they are little bit bigger, you can use a lighter jighead and still get good casting distance. Then I just do a lift and wind retrieve, albeit slow, and normally on the pause is when you get the hits. Flatties love them too, so be careful

MINI TANKS 1.5 All fishies love em.I usually give them about 4-5 quick little jerks so they travell no more a foot at a time and then rest them up for 10 secs, this works for me ,go light on thejig head.
When the actions like the morgue ,minitanks seem to bring them back to life!!! 20c worth..
