what lures to use
Hi Guys,
Quick Question, Is there a certain type of weather condition for certain lures? Like i have soft plastics, blades, diving minnow hard body lures and poppers... is there a certain weather / sea condition to use each one in? im still struggling to catch fish off lures |

if you ask me, it's mainly the colours that should need changing depending on the weather. brighter colours in murker waters and overcast conditions and natural colours on bright days with gin clear water. you just have to keep changing the lure till you find what the fish are after. however, fish will be fish and i had many sessions where i drew a blank. just keep trying and one day it will all come together

usually what i do,
if its a bit choppy, throw on a popper if its flat, gor for walk the dog near pylons, i use placcies or blades. and then i just use divers whenever i feel the need. it also depends on what the fishing area is like, for instance, lots of structure, flats, deep holes etc so yeah, it does have some to with the colour also like ginger ninja stated, but thats what i think, each to their own though, and alot of people will find there own techniques and the certain go to lures for certain places. hope this helps cheers
