Help Needed Urgently

Hey guys im trying to fit a transducer to my electric motor and im having trouble. The sounder is a lowrance X67C, not sure of the transducer mode though. i have just bought a lowrance TMB-S bracket but the transducer arm doesn't fit into the bracket. Is there any other way i can get the transducer onto the electric even if its just a quick fix for the weekend. Any help is greatly appreciated, and it needs to be done by tomoro arfternoon. sorry about the short notice

I think you are trying to use a transom mount transducer instead of the electric motor puck transducer??

Here is a link that might help anyway... Good luck!

Transducer

Rhyst,
Can you not cut the transducer arm down a bit with a hacksaw to make it fit into the bracket? I had to do the same with a Humminbird skimmer transducer to make it fit the trolling motor bracket. Once it was done it worked fine. Maybe a photo of the tranducer and the bracket would be useful.
Regards,
Dave

Thanks for the replies guys. Online store, ive got the TMB-S bracket which is the trolling motor mount for skimmer transducers, im thinking of getting a puck transducer but just needed a quick fix for the weekend so i bought the skimmer bracket.
DHM77- thats a brilliant idea i'l give it a go, dont know y i didnt think of that, i always seem to suggest cutting things but not this time for some reason lol once again thanks for the help, hope it works!
