Mate I use them a fair bit and love them. The only fish we got in the docks classic fell to a tiemco, but i get most my fish on the smith shirasu's. Just fish like a vibe or placcy.

tournament angler guide 09 has a great write up on them.
Smith shirasu minnow and tiemco would be the best imo

I hate asking stupid questions.. But ..
How do you work a sinking stick bait ? is it much the same as a plastic ? Or when it sinks to the desired depth . its a slow roll back sorta thing with a twitch , pause style retrieve ? |

The Maria Blues Code 45mm sinking stick minnow are not very well known, have a look on the EJ Todd website. Not bad colours either, I have a few and do the job.

Check out the ZipBaits ZBL S.P.M 55,slender profile, flutter on the drop with a backslide, twitching gets them darting.

What a great concept I must give them a try. I do know a guy that was catching garfish on them pretty sure they were a bit thinner and smaller than the one in the bream pic PAT
