Question Manly Dam

I'm heading over to the northern beaches on Saturday for work and was thinking about taking my canoe down to Manly Dam afterwards. I have never fished the dam before but have heard it's a good spot in the warmer months. Has anyone fished there lately? Or ever? If so, are there any spots on the dam that produce better than others?

Cheers
Mic

It seems there are some fish to be had there, though there is a bit of a carp problem there I've heard. I fished there a few years ago, and got 1 small Bass
