Bass pics from last week

Hey guys,

Here are some pics from the last week. They were taken on my phone so quality isnt great. I think in total over our 3 trips we have caught about 20 or so collectively all on R2S 45mm and 65mm poppers as well as a fish on fly.

I was using river 2 sea bubble pops in the 45mm and 65mm, as well as the 75mm river 2 sea rovers. I chose colours with silver undersides because i was told this would work best from a local. However i have heard its more about fishing the right times and the sound and action of the popper rather then colour.

I found the bigger size 65mm not only popped better but they accounted for more fish, even the smallest bass would still take the 65mm size.

Hope this helps mate im still learning to bass fish on poppers myself so good luck.
