24 volt set-up

Could anyone approve / disapprove of this set up for running a 24 volt 65lb min kota?
I have a Guest 2620 dual bank charger that provides 10 amps per bank wired into the set-up, would this be the best way to do it?
-Do I need a circuit breaker? if so, what type?
-When charging can the centre connecting lead between the batteries be left in place?
