Have you guys had any luck at the Nong recently? Hard bodies or softies?
I tried HB last weekend around edge water but nothing, nada!!!! zip....
Having said that, there were pleeeeeentty of fish around... Heaps or bait fish and breams, I could see them all along the banks munching the rocks and sediments... but couldn't get them to bite any of my lbloody ures.

Hey gents

Keen to fish the nong - edgewater or around the anglers tavern way.
No expert by any means but it is always more pleasurable fishing with other fishos and having a chat while your at it

Looking to head down straight after work but might be a tad bit late
Anyone fishing around there say around 5.00-5.30?

Edge Water should be firing this time of year, I have got fish all round the lake in sept - oct. I would be fishing the pontoons for breakfast, then doing a couple of laps around the lake before the sun gets to high. Remember not all fish are caught right on the edges fish to 4-5m out from the bank and match the hatch.
