new boat.........


Just ordered my first boat!!!!!
I went all out and got a "stadium seat" and Minn Kota 40lb Riptide Transom mount as well..........

I was hoping if anyone has some advice, my brother and I still have to build a mount for the electric.

Kris, nice looking canoe, what brand & pricing did you get it for???? i am also on the look out for a poly canoe so that i can get myself waterborne & into the fish.

Hey Nathan,

The canoe is a Coleman "Vantage" which is made form RAM X Polyplastic, its 13ft 6" which is perfect for one man fishing trips and i got it in a package from " Goodtime Sail and Surf" in Brissy for $1205........ three weeks till pick up

Electric price?

Kris,
do you know how much the electric and battery is going to set you back? Just got a canoe myself and an electric would be very cool.

Kris what came with the package mate. Also if you are looking a electrics i got some prices on the motorguide tillers, & for the 46lb it was approx $450.

I had a look at the scanoes, about $1500 but very smick.

coleman boat

hey guys,
the package was about $2150 all up which included the following.............. boat,paddle,stadium seat,minn kota rip tide(saltwater model) ,racks for my car and tie downs...................all up I'm a happy camper.

that is going to move, I reckon you could just about waterski behind it. Geez I've only got a MK 36AT bowmount on the dinghy and it does 5 knots or more
