Searing Tackle Competition for April

Once again Searing Tackle have $100 worth of give aways to a lucky winner.

The theme is simple, each member can post up their 2 best pics with a fish sporting a lure from any available through Searing Tackle. Please make sure that you post only 2 pics and that the lures are Damiki.

Please be aware that all pics submitted in this competition may be used by BreamMaster or Searing Tackle in future BreamMaster promotions.

So with that now in place I'd like to thank Rob from Searing Tackle once again for choosing to put his faith and product with BreamMaster and it's members.

Happy snapping one and all.

Come On Everyone,

Go buy a Damiki and get fishing.

They have a great range and the ones i have used have all caught fish. I will be buying more. You'll pick a HB around $13 so you can go wrong.

To make way for the awsome new shrimp scented soft plastics from Damiki we're clearing our unscented D Grubs and Wow grubs - an exclusive to breammaster members get a further 40% off by using this code (BMAPR09) at the checkout - the code will be valid while stocks last or until the end of the month.

This means you can get your hands on some cheap Damiki SP's, catch fish on them and then enter this comp to WIN - too easy!

had a fish of some of the prototype damiki saemi lures this morning - very impressed. caught this fish on my second cast with the new lure on, luckily the front treble hooked near the fin as the rear treble fell out when the fish flapped about as i landed it

i lost another three as i didn't set the hooks well and also had a few good follows but didn't pause at the right time.

can't wait for these to hit the shelves as I'll be able to get my favourite colours

obviously the photo doesn't count for the comp but thought i'd post it anyway

to compare it with a lure you've most likely fished it's similar in dimension to an EcoSX48 but with a different shaped bib. as the onk's dirty the running depth is a little difficult to estimate but i reckon round 1.2 - 1.5m. the bib shape is similar to the 75mm clutches but not as long or wide and a bit chunkier at the bottom section where it connects to the lure

hope that helps

depends on how it is fished. it can be lightly and quickly twitched to impart a walk the dog action, or if ripped and jerked it becomes a sub-surface jerkbait.

went out today and smacked a few. The SP did the job got 5 with it landed 3 and got smoked a few times as well. Just cast them up close to the bank in about a ft of water and combined a slow roll with lots of twitches and pauses.
