As far as I am aware, any 'vehicle' (construction with wheels) that is utilised on the roads has to be registered by law.

G'day Brodie

Do you intend towing it behind a car? or is it a trolley for your bike or something?

The minnow is very stable, on sunday I fished the lake(with not much success) & the wind blew up pretty bad but the minnow handled it OK, luckily I didn't have to far paddle though

If you make a simple trailer out of aluminium it would probably spend more time in the air than on the road. At least the tyres would last a long time... no wear!
