Tying material + boredom=...

Flathead season is starting soon so I thought I'd get a headstart on tying up some victims to be sacrificed to the blowie hordes.

Hook- Mustad 34007 size 2
Thread- Fluoro yellow waxed nylon
Body/Tail- White DNA Holofusion.
Wing- Dark Olive DNA Holofusion.
Eyes- Medium sparkle dumbell.

wile ya at it, make some off pink and white ones and a few with stingers in the tail for when thay are a bit shy, looks good dude

I like a strip strip pause retrieve.

Remember it takes a bit longer for a fly to get to the bottom compared to a lure.

Wind will be a hassle tomorrow- freeway flats might be an idea soueaster will be behind you.
