Exclamation Bream Comps As A Boater

CAN ANYONE ADVISE OF THE REGULATIONS REGARDING THE FOLLOWING;NECESSITY OF HAVING ELECTRIC AND THE SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING THE REQUIREMENT OF THE SIZE AND LITRES OF THE LIVE WELL TO KEEP THE CATCH LIVE IN?
DOES IT HAVE TO BE INSULATED AND DOES IT NEED TO CONTAIN AIRATORS TO RECYCLE OR FRESHEN THE WATER.
ALSO IS THEIR A MAXIMUM OR MINIMUM LENGTH OF THE HULL REQUIREMNTS OF YOUR VESSEL

Hey,
Miniumum boat length - 3.7m
Minimum Rec HP - 20hp (However your boat still planes with full livewell + 2 aboard they should still let ya fish with less HP)
Livewell - Minimum 60L plus some sort of aeration/recirculating device
No max boat length and no rule stating you need an electric motor either.

Cheers
