balancing an airity?
Hey guys i'm moving up in the world of rods and reels and have my mind set on a really light combo and seeing the airity at its amazingly light weight i really wanna get one:P However i was just trying it on some rods and its seems not to balance well with some rods. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any particular rods that balance well with a an airity? I'm looking for something that will feel really light in my hand and be a pleasure to fish with. Any help appreciated

Get a custom job done, split grips, recoil guides, basically no cork other than just in front and behind the reel seat.

Wrong picture on the Campbell's site though. That's the old one.
The new Luvias was just released, and apparently there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. |

what size rods you after? My seven footers weigh 70g and the 6'6 40g- light rods balance light reels
mine have caldia kix 2004s on them and seem pretty good.

Hey mate,
I've got 3 2000 size airities now (2 spooled with 4lb Daiwa TD Sensor braid and 1 with 4lb Bass Hard) and they are on: 6' Daiwa Battler Taurus 6'6" Daiwa Steez Storm Shadow 6'8" GLoomis Dropshot All superlight combos and all the rods are within your price range. This is just to give you a bit of an idea. Best thing to do though, go into your local tackleo and put the reel onto different rods and see what feels best for you. It will also depend on the type of fishing you want to do. So for example, a 6'er will be good for flicking around pylons and under jetties, but wouldn't be the greatest flats rod... Cheers
