Dream boat - what's yours :)

I'm hoping to upgrade my boat 'BREAM ON' in the near future (see pic below)

Having done a hell of a lot of looking around I've narrowed it down to either a Stessl Stinger (I'd post the url but the site is currently unavailable) or a 475 Hornet with a custom outfit similar to a Wildfisher.

Having said that, if I could spend anything I wanted from anywhere on the planet, I'd probably go for one of these:

Gambler 2200

It's 22 feet long and can take a 300 horsepower motor

So, what would you go for if you could??

Cheers,

(Oh, here's my pride and joy )

Nice one Dave...must be a pretty comfortable ride too judging on how relaxed that character is at the front.

I think I'd run with you too on the 475 Wildfisher.

Jesus that Gambler 2200 looks absolutley deadly, you`d sink half the fleet over here as you overtook them. A few Bream stickers and it would look real cool. lol..... Man that looks deadly.

Take that up the rapids in the Kalgan...YYYeeeeeeHHaaaaaaaaaa

Cheers

Richo

PS, Ive only been Breamin for 3 months and boy do I reckon I need a boat...... or is that my new addiction getting the better of me.....??

I've had the 'top view' of the Gambler 2200 as my desktop pic for a couple of months now - it certainly provides inspiration

Not too sure Craig, I saw something similar, although smaller, on a second hand U.S. Bass boat site for $40,000 U.S. so I'd be guessing in the 50-60k range.

But then when a major comp prize over there can be $100,000+ U.S. cash, it's probably not a bad investment - at least that's what i'm going to tell my wife

Dave, I saw some new rules last night for US Bass fishing and the prize pool is unbelievable Between 300-400K US.

Some amazing rules too, like polygraph tests for winners where they are involved in a dispute and maximum horsepower capped at 250!!!

Polygraph tests for a fisherman???? No-one would pass

I'd heard about the 250HP thing - just means they'll start making lighter and smaller boats, wonder how long before the first sinking??

Hey there people, first id like to say what a great upgrade. Top stuff Warren.

About this boat thing, id have to say the boat i just bought would be it (for the time being) after all it did have 19 customisations!! Nah really though if you look at a quintrex 435 topender and put it in a 420 dory hull and add a Minn Kota RT55AP with a 30hp yammie on the back. Thats what im looking foward to !! Pick up 19th Janurary.. fingers crossed!! Wanted a boat that was big enough to do some fishing in boatany bay and jervis bay yet small enough and stable enough(to a degree obvioulsy not like a pointy punt) to do some serious breaming in the esturaries.

There it is, hopefully ill post a pic when i get the thing.. its gunna be a long wait!!

later

cameron

dream on I will

hey that gambler boat looks unreal.... I just dream of something more stable than a std dinghy. I've got an 8yo 3.8m Savage Snipe but ideally love the look of the Quintrex 435 Hornet. It just seems that the latest hulls are wider which makes life more comfortable

New Team Bream Master Boat

I was looking at a 475 Wildfish for our next team boat, but I think I have found a replacement.

Warren.
